I have been a customer for many years. Besides the undisputed preparation of the doctors, what struck me most was the friendliness, kindness and maximum availability of the latter. These qualities combined with skills make this pharmacy the best.

My pharmacy has ALWAYS been!!! Unfortunately it's not my local pharmacy but I can't replace it!!!! I have always found competence, preparation, extreme availability! The doctors are always available to the patient, they go out of their way to resolve every request! High scientific preparation and undisputed humanity!! What can I say full marks for this wonderful pharmacy.

Among the best pharmacies in Trapani, highly qualified, kind, friendly staff, always attentive to customer requests and ready to help in everything and to dispense very useful advice. After having shot several of them, I confirm that it is one of the best ever. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This is a response to the couple Olga and Leo who wrote the same thing twice about my team, calling them listless, slow, insensitive towards those who are sick, especially if they are children. Their opinion is not of interest to me, but it certainly is to my collaborators, who are quickly trained and very attentive to the human aspect of the work carried out in the pharmacy. Basic prerogatives to be part of the Alongi Pharmacy staff. We do our best, we can make mistakes, we are human but we are certainly not "child eaters" nor insensitive towards the disease. The review by Messrs Leo and Olga borders on the limits of incitement to hatred.

Not advisable pharmacy, listless and slow staff, as soon as we enter the shop to buy an emergency medicine with the child in tears we are greeted with total indifference and slowness.
