I had lived in the area for about a year, I didn't have a pharmacy that was more logistically convenient than others. I met her because, unlike another who had coldly rejected a hand-written prescription that seemed to have expired 6 months ago (the specialist had most likely returned from holidays and not having gotten used to the new year, being on January 7, 2016 had written), they clearly understood what had happened (I also had the invoice for the visit, drawn up on the computer the same day, but I didn't need to show it), on the opinion of an expert pharmacist who probably today works on it more. They therefore saved me from having to contact the specialist again, who was notoriously very busy and a few kilometers away) and with this accommodating understanding they gained me as a regular customer, even if they didn't need it: still the owner and all the employees are always kind, after all, and I'm sorry when I see that someone is no longer there. As long as I live in that area it will always be my first choice unless there are other contingent needs.
