Very bad experience. After 10 days and the telephone assurance from customer service that the order had been sent, I contact the employee again (after another 6 days without having received the goods) who informs me that he has not yet done so. This is neither professionalism nor seriousness! I do not recommend purchasing via the web

Ordered for over 100 euros on Nov 3rd. with delivery to Rome expected within 48/72 hours. No confirmation of the order via email until November 8th following a phone call from me. Me. they say they have shipped but Bartolini, despite providing a delivery time slot, does not respect it. After numerous phone calls without receiving the goods, I received a refund on November 16th. I believe that the pharmacy's greatest responsibility is to have commissioned a delivery service like BRT which has a collection of criticisms and failures as evidenced by the numerous opinions on trustpilot

Congratulations, very friendly and quick. In 2 days I received what I requested. They also contacted me for confirmation regarding the product. Plus they even included a sample of an unsolicited trial product in the package.. thanks and well done..

The management of the refund procedure is terrible. Almost a month after paying for my order, I have not received the goods (advertised on the site but not available immediately after making the payment...) nor the refund (despite numerous emails...). I think I have to take legal action to obtain credit recovery. Completely disappointed with their behavior.

There is no drug available equivalent to the original, and this is very expensive in relation to the quantity supplied compared to any equivalent. Supplement at a cost of €10 more than on the parent company's website, Dr. Max where shipping is also included, maybe something needs to be improved...
