My experience in this pharmacy in the piercing department was extremely negative, it turned out to be a real nightmare. The person in charge of carrying out the piercing clearly demonstrates an insufficient level of preparation and a clear lack of competence. During the procedure itself, I experienced pain far beyond the limits of normal discomfort. Even more disconcerting was the realization that, to further aggravate the situation, a second hole was drilled in the wrong place, practically adjacent to the first. This glaring error is tangible proof of a total disinterest on the part of the operator, who demonstrated an absolute lack of attention. I was left speechless and deeply frustrated by this unacceptable negligence. Furthermore, I noticed that he was not wearing disposable gloves, casting further doubt on hygiene and compliance with safety standards. I do not advise anyone to risk their health and well-being in such an unreliable environment. I hope this review can serve as a warning to others who may be tempted to approach this piercing center.

Competence, courtesy and a calm environment

Terrible, arrogant and rude. This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever seen, the staff tends to humiliate customers. In my presence the pharmacist asked a lady why she had chosen one drug instead of another, exclaiming out loud "Did you want to save money?" All with a tone of reproach, what's more they shout out the results to everyone who takes the swabs in front of everyone, maybe I didn't know the privacy law, when they don't have a product they say it's no longer in production.

It is practically one of the newest pharmacies in the area... there is everything you need... supplied in various fields... very large... it is not a 24 hour... internally connected to the Conad... convenient for both eventualities...polite, kind and competent staff...
