(5 stars were for Giorgi's management) 🙄24/01/2023 TODAY I WOULD GIVE 2 STARS 🙄I was amazed at the way the 'Lord' spoke to customers and also to the young employees themselves, evidently having their first experience, with the glasses that served us.... We teach differently, in my opinion, how to manage every reservation of medicines or prescriptions... And not so in front of customers.. Today I heard high tones of conversation, with very little patience... I saw one of the girls snap her fingers to make him look at her while he asked her how she should proceed with the operation he was carrying out with me..... Shocked.....all while addressing me on first terms (never seen the doctor before) and to a girl close to me, who had to ask for information three times before understanding the answer... I was used to the kindness and calmness in the way of serving that the dearest doctors of Giorgi management had. .. Especially because those who go to the pharmacy, very often, are not well at that moment and also need calm, comfort and advice.. . Today I think it will be the last time I come in here..... Regretting the old management...
