Terrible treatment, bad people, they don't respect any person, they don't deserve any respect either, terrible staff, it's a shame that people like that are in front of the public and have responsibility in a pharmacy. Bad people, they don't treat you well, this pharmacy should be closed.

On 8/8 I ordered some parapharmaceuticals on the Dr. MAX website and had them delivered to their pharmacy in Giaveno. On 8/16 the GLS courier notified me via email that the package had been delivered. At 5.30pm I show up to collect it but the pharmacist, with an empty pharmacy, doesn't even check the warehouse and tells me to come back when I receive their email. I didn't receive any email so on the morning of the 18th I phoned Dr. MAX's customer service who confirmed the delivery of the package on 8/16 at the Giaveno pharmacy and provided me with the PIN to collect the package. They kept the drugs in storage for 2 days and who knows when they would have notified me. Inefficiency combined with rudeness.

Pharmacy to avoid. Grumpy staff (hangers) We went 3 times to have some edenox booked and in the end she gave it to the person in front of us, furthermore even though there were people on crutches in the queue she went out to see a dog. I point out that he was the only person present in the pharmacy who served. Luckily we have other pharmacies in Giaveno.

Apparently the queue doesn't scare the shop assistants at all, so much so that on Sunday morning they start offering loyalty cards even though it's the pharmacy on duty. I arrived when there was only one person at the counter, 40 minutes of waiting, truly zero common sense on the part of the sales assistant, at least 10 people were queuing behind me at the exit

In early October I purchased a pack of 10 swabs at a cost of 13 euros each... without signing any contract with rules! On November 15th I was at home with a cold, as a covid protocol was in force I couldn't come in to work and I kindly asked the pharmacy to move my swab. The director replied that it wasn't possible and that I would lose it! And so it was! Unprofessional pharmacy with arrogant staff who are not available to customers' needs.
