Very good pharmacy

My son bought some medicines for my mother showing them on the health record. Unfortunately there was also a fairly expensive supplement prescribed months ago that was no longer needed. The next day they didn't change it, saying that 24 hours had passed by now. Even telling them that we called several times yesterday but no one answered, they didn't want to listen to reason. It is a supplement, not a medicine. By doing so you are only giving yourself bad publicity, and we will contribute to this!

Opening a huge pharmacy and then having just one person at the checkout doesn't make sense to me! And especially if you are alone maybe you could go a little faster. I also wanted to get a membership card, but I'm careful about it.

I purchased a pack of an effervescent granulated drug Ibuprofen on Friday evening, unfortunately the contents had taken on moisture, were lumpy and did not come out of the sachet. I reported the problem to the counter on Monday and was told to immediately stop taking it but that they would not make the replacement unless they repaid another one and I would have to take care of reporting the problem to the manufacturing company. After discussing with the clerk, the manager was called and even raised the suspicion that perhaps I had not stored it correctly (2 days in a drawer). Maybe the poor storage was due to the pharmacy?. I believe it should be the pharmacy that deals with any problems regarding drugs sold to its suppliers/manufacturers. Evidently they prefer bad publicity to good service. Never again.

Avoid this pharmacy, I had the misfortune of needing an anti-inflammatory medicine without the regular prescription given the time and urgency, praying to be able to purchase it with a guarantee that the next day I would have regularized everything but nothing!! For me it can close today!
