Unfortunately the "clerk" who I wouldn't call a pharmacist so as not to offend the order... ruins the image and seriousness of the whole pharmacy. Totally incompetent arrogant presumptuous...he's there and it seems like he's doing you a favor...not to mention the comments he makes towards the customer/patients... disgusting faces and above all he doesn't even do his job by denying he has prescriptions without even having checked. But how do you keep a person like that. But Milva depends on the good name of the pharmacy... I'm sure there is better out there.

Terrible experience with this pharmacy. My daughter is an Erasmus student in Ancona and has undergone a serious surgical procedure for which she has discovered pharmacies. We are available in Spain to help you and go to this pharmacy to buy everything and pharmacies. The pharmacist has not closed my capirmi and has not provided me with any information. My family has a pharmacy in Spain and I hope that there is no one in our peace if I feel mistreated in this way. Very bad experience in this pharmacy. My daughter is an Erasmus student in Ancona and has suffered a serious surgery for which she needs medication. I have come from Spain to help her and I have gone to this pharmacy to buy all the medication. The pharmacist has made no attempt to understand me nor has he helped me in the slightest. In Spain my family owns a pharmacy and I hope that none of our patients have ever felt mistreated like this.

Unfortunately, not a positive experience. A month ago (November 4th) I booked the second dose of the anti-covid vaccine, I was given an appointment for December 3rd. I would like to point out that on that date the 42 fateful days passed between the first and second doses, assuming that I was unable to book earlier due to health problems that prevented me from getting vaccinated. I was told that there were absolutely no problems and instead today after going to the pharmacy I was told that after the 42nd day they can no longer do anything, but I have to go to a center with a doctor attached. Maybe if I had said it earlier (as I had already asked) I would have saved myself a month of waiting in vain.

They gave me a swab to enter the hospital even without a reservation and it was 1pm.....thank you
