The pharmacy is well served and in a good location. However, the girl who serves the unfortunate customers is a punch in the face to the management of the business: rude and unsympathetic, I would also say reviewable in terms of preparation... I will avoid entering if I ever find the same person.

Availability, courtesy and competence. The atmosphere you breathe is different from other pharmacies. For older people it is also a meeting point; once they have made it to the counter it is not difficult to see them step aside and converse with the doctors and other fellow villagers. They have also renovated part of the premises to offer more services.

The pharmacy is in the main square of Città di Castello, in a splendid position. The professionalism of the doctors is extremely helpful in finding solutions to customers' problems. Courtesy, kindness and friendliness are the business card of the Ducci Pharmacy.

I feel great. Super polite and helpful and since I've been there for a long time they greet me by name, which to me means that their clientele is important. 😷😷😷
