Kindness and professionalism at customer service. One of the few pharmacies in Bologna that warns the customer that the drug is loanable and does not steal money for the sake of it.

NOT RELIABLE AT ALL: I call to ask if it is possible to do the cholesterol+triglyceride+glycemia test and, already here after some hesitation, they tell me yes and that I can come any day after 8:30, without needing to book . After just 3 days I go to the pharmacy, I wait in line and when I get inside the pharmacist tells me that they don't do that test!! She gives a mix of reasons (busy box for swabs, machine having some problems... I still haven't understood exactly) but I point out that the serious thing is that I had specifically called a few days before and they had given me confirmation!! Answer: "I'm sorry, I'll let the person who answered the phone know".. among other things, your colleague next door (who could be a candidate, as a male voice had answered me), noticing my irritation, seems to me to have even sneered and laughed under his mustache!!

Pharmacy that I DO NOT recommend: after having called several times to book a quick swab and always finding it busy (I know that pharmacies in this period are overloaded with work but this does not justify the rudeness!) the pharmacist, in a rude manner, replies that he has sent me 5 SMS and that I have to read them! In the message he indicates the time (which I respected) throwing the phone in my face. Congratulations for the excellent service!

A place where not only do they make you waste time by writing that a medicine has arrived and then when you get there there isn't like the immature and pitiful pharmacist from Magherbi, but also dangerous: my daughter took a swab and a young pharmacist with glasses pushed the swab so far inside the nose as they had never done in other pharmacies, despite the fact that I had asked him to be slow and my daughter had shown signs of suffering during the insertion into the first nostril.
