Unfortunately, I am forced to give a very negative opinion after a recent experience with the pharmacy mentioned above. I was on holiday in Budoia with my girlfriend. I went to them to buy some sunburn ointment. I explained the bad situation in detail, that is: we had gone to the beach the day before and towards the evening my girlfriend began to suffer from a severe sunburn on her legs. From the evening after the beach, an ordeal began for her which continued until she returned to the hotel and then again throughout the night. His legs were red like tomatoes, swollen ankles, severe skin pain and an inability to walk normally as he felt the skin there pulling and causing pain with every movement. She was in a lot of pain and described the pain to me as if she were being flayed. I was very worried, so much so that during the night I thought about whether I should go to the emergency room, but she didn't want to. The next morning I rushed to the pharmacy at 8:30 as soon as it opened. The shop assistant listens to my story then decisively and confidently puts a cream on the counter which she defines as excellent, too bad it's a cream for babies but she claimed not to pay attention to the label, in reality it was also suitable for adults and for burn situations. I trusted and bought 2 tubes (even 13 euros each, shocking price!!). I would add that only later did I read the packaging more carefully and discovered that there was no mention of sunburn and it turned out to be nothing more than a soothing cream for babies. I applied the ointment repeatedly on my girlfriend's affected area as suggested by the pharmacist and in just a few hours we had used up the first tube and had already started on the second. We arrive in the evening without registering ANY type of benefit or improvement. My girlfriend was in pain exactly like the previous night, she could barely walk, she was still visibly in pain. We stay locked in the hotel all day. In the late afternoon, fed up and worried about seeing my partner still in those conditions, I decide to go to the same pharmacy again and ask for a different Aloe Vera-based product, reporting annoyed that so far there had been no improvement. In the meantime the pharmacist had changed, he typed on the computer in search of a product similar to my requests. He says he has nothing (??!) and I decide to go to another pharmacy to try another product and get another opinion. I explain the problem again, I show the new pharmacist the previous package, he takes it in his hand and reads it, shakes his head and tells me that that product is absolutely inadequate and gives me an Aloe Vera-based ointment as requested by me which between another cost half as much (produced by Marco Viti, an excellent pharmaceutical company). Having immediately applied the new ointment immediately after purchasing it, my girlfriend says she immediately felt a refreshment in the affected area. We go out to dinner, take a walk around Polcenigo, she regularly applied the new ointment. Little by little the skin situation and the pain improved and by the next morning all the symptoms had significantly reduced. He was still slightly sore and limping but in a clear recovery phase. It irritates me that the pharmacist in Budoia sold me an absolutely inadequate product specifically for newborns, a banal soothing cream, as well as very expensive. Furthermore, they ONLY had that baby product in the shop, which makes me think that he wanted to monetize at all costs by giving me something or the pharmacist simply didn't understand the situation at all. We lost time and money but above all, what is even more serious, the period of suffering and acute pain was prolonged. I will certainly return to Budoia as my family has been living there for a few months. For sure, in case of need I will go to another pharmacist since I don't trust them. Impatient
