The medical team that manages the pharmacy is very professional, competent and helpful. Always ready to meet customer needs and provide suitable therapeutic solutions. The pharmacy is located in a central point, such as to embrace the municipalities of Naples (Secondigliano), Casavatore and Casoria. Also well stocked with cosmetic and personal care products. Furthermore, in this pharmacy it is possible to carry out rapid swabs and undergo the anti-Covid vaccine upon reservation.

Sometimes I find myself purchasing in this pharmacy, the staff is always helpful and kind. I read other negative reviews but they seem to concern purchases made online, I've always had a good time purchasing physically, perhaps it's a little more expensive than other pharmacies.

Not reliable. Placed an order on July 5, 2016 and the package never arrived. Dozens of continuous phone calls and emails. At first they said the product was not available. Then they had sent it. In the end they promised us a refund which never arrived. One star only because it was mandatory to put it otherwise I would have given zero.

Negative experience to say the least with Farmacia D'Urzo Farmapromo. Ordered a product online that never arrived. I tried to contact them to no avail. I had to resort to PayPal assistance.

I often purchase products in this pharmacy which is always full of offers... super friendly and professional staff, it's difficult to find such well-trained pharmacists... congratulations. Sonia
