This is a good pharmacy in the area, the staff are very helpful and very professional in their work

Rude and poorly trained staff. I show up with some prescriptions from the doctor for some drugs and the pharmacist asks me in front of everyone what symptoms I have, saying that in her opinion these drugs just make the situation worse. I have to take a 15-day antibiotic treatment so I need five boxes but the pharmacist decides on her own to give me three. Without words.

Sympathy take me away. Unfriendly staff. Maybe I found the wrong employee eh... and then I find it scandalous to say the least that they are charged 5 cents for a tiny organic bag which is usually free in all pharmacies, without even asking or saying it first!

I am not a customer of this pharmacy but on one occasion I called to look for a drug that I could not find and they were helpful and very kind.. "this is professionalism" thank you very much

A customer for almost 20 years without any problems but with the current management it has become perhaps the worst pharmacy in the country. For months I have had to return twice for each prescription because the drugs are regularly missing (absolutely common drugs!!!). To my complaints about the inconvenience, the manager (..or manager) responded to me in a VERY ARROGANT and RUDE way and the next time she sarcastically suggested to whoever was serving me "that the lady doesn't want to come back and therefore only provide the drugs available..." Maybe, instead of ridiculing customers, he should learn to keep his mouth shut or apologize for the disservice he is doing! A missed opportunity!
