Small but well-stocked environment, in a strategic point. Doctor Roberta is really very nice, kind and well prepared. They have an entire department dedicated to celiac disease, where there is a vast choice of products to satisfy all tastes. It is now our point of reference for stocking up monthly, my brother and I are really happy with it. We are a little far from them but it's always worth it. Super recommended!!
11pm, the pharmacy in question was the only one in the area open. Therefore, since I was on holiday in Bormio and needed medicines to face a night of fever, cough and sore throat, I reached the Emmepi Pharmacy after a 20-minute drive. To "welcome" me, a gruff, rude and arrogant woman. The latter, probably annoyed by the time I arrived, constantly maintained an arrogant attitude. In addition to this, the woman also proved to be incompetent in her job given that, once the symptoms were explained to her, she asked me which medicine I wanted without even recommending the most suitable product. Once I told her what, in my opinion, was the best medicine to take, she started to go on the defensive, telling us that, I thought I was a doctor, I had to tell her right away what I wanted. Given the time and the physical state I was in, the good "pretend nothing had happened" prevailed. I paid and faced another 20min drive.
Kindness and understanding, professionalism and awareness are the constants that come together.
Kind and knowledgeable doctors. I will definitely go back.
