The rudeness and arrogance of a pharmacist regardless is embarrassing. The solution is there! Just avoid it, waiting for the doctor, his son Tommaso or any other person in the pharmacy to be free. They are exquisite, very kind and with great customer care. Let's not let one employee have the power to ruin the reputation of the entire pharmacy! Excluding her, the rest of the team is a caress: extremely professional, courteous, with personalized solutions for every need and problem.

I can only express how much negativity and malice I would say on the part of a blonde pharmacist who denied me a medicine that was important to me even though I had a regular prescription that had only expired the previous day, therefore practically regular. I will never forget the feeling of coldness and malice in front of this woman.
