Always very kind and helpful. Compared to other companies, I much prefer going into their pharmacy because they are professional and prepared but also very courteous and pleasant.
Professionalism, availability, attention to customer satisfaction is what you will find in this pharmacy. Trained staff always ready to advise or respond to requests. You can find everything from medicine to hand cream, through to veterinary items or a particular bandage. I would say it's my number one pharmacy.
He sells me a tube of gentalin beta (ok it's the generic) which expires after only 4 months and he refuses to exchange it! Change actually requested! avoid this pharmacy. I'm adding photos since they reply that my review is false, I wouldn't have any reason, it's all true and demonstrable other than the first deadline of 2023......hahahahaha see photo. I removed the insults (sorry but I felt cheated) but the change was requested the same afternoon of that day, there was a lady at the counter. Was asked and REFUSED!!!!!!! I asked ok!!! Admitting the mistake is too gentlemanly....
Super helpful, punctual, they work with kindness and a smile. Very positive experience for the 12-year-old Polish nephew, who took the swab test before the return flight from his holiday in Italy.
