Good morning, let me start by saying that I don't usually do this type of review but this time it's really necessary after the scene I witnessed. I explain the situation, day 20/03/2024 at 1.30 pm at the cash desk there was only one girl working while 7/8 people in the queue. I hear the clearly good-looking girl (sales assistant) speaking loudly addressing a middle-aged lady and not caring about the fact that the pharmacy was almost crowded with Lorazepam and the fact that it was not available today but from tomorrow morning. The lady at that moment realizing that everyone had heard the name of the drug "EN" showed strong discomfort manifested by stammering and head twitching. The order ended right in my opinion because I doubt that a pharmacist who has studied and loves his job unlike the latter could then literally laugh in the customer's face for her tics, increasing the reactions of the poor lady who at that moment was still more embarrassed. ZERO sensitivity... When it comes to problems relating to symptoms that debilitate the person physically, mentally and also from a social point of view and not demonstrating the slightest understanding, the slightest empathy but rather appearing unprofessional and foolish in everyone's eyes makes you lose several points to this historic pharmacy in Ponte di Piave. At that moment I preferred to leave and go to a pharmacy elsewhere. I feel sorry for the very good operators who are usually present, always welcoming and above all discreet. Good day.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years now. Kind, prepared, professional staff with whom you can always have a chat, this human side is unfortunately no longer found in all pharmacies and it is one of the reasons why I always come here. Advise
