I really don't like the policy applied by the pharmacy, many products have 1+1 (pay for 1 and get 2). It is a technique to sell more products at the same market price. The second product is presented as free but in reality you actually pay for it. Be careful we are borderline scamming.

Being away from home and not feeling well, I go in asking to please be able to measure the temperature and then possibly purchase a test for Covid: since I have to travel and travel 500 km I wanted to pre-nurse myself. They look at me from head to toe and, almost disgusted, tell me that the thermometers are only for sale, without even asking me what symptoms I had. Pharmacy or delicatessen? I apologize to the delicatessen, much more welcoming and professional.

I used to come to this pharmacy often but today I encountered a very rude and rude pharmacist. When I approached the counter, the Doctor was holding the phone in her hand, after a while she lowered it with an unwelcoming face and began to "serve". She constantly interrupted me and even laughed at me for pronouncing a medicine incorrectly, after which I calmly told her that I want to be served by someone else, but she didn't like the answer and continued to attack me, protesting that I don't I want to continue with her, even though she started serving me another doctor. I was speechless, I've never seen things like this. It pays to teach your staff how to treat customers, as they are not the first person to be treated badly in your pharmacy.

I live in the area and I have used this pharmacy several times. Apart from the fact that they don't let dogs inside, they have 2 hooks outside the pharmacy which faces south so the pavement is on fire in this period, then even for a very banal eye drop they want a prescription, the hateful doctors. Luckily it's not the only one in the area, so I was able to choose not to go there anymore.
