Farmacia Eredi Rosati

Very bad experience with this pharmacy. I requested a home swab for my elderly mother with dementia and various other pathologies. I was told it would be done. When the doctor went, she mistreated my sister who was waiting for her to open the door for her (in case my mother hadn't heard the intercom), asserting that my sister should have taken my mother to the pharmacy. Then, despite having swabbed my mother (negative result after 7 days of Covid), she refused to release the documentation to obtain the Green Pass. A real abuse. We had to go to another facility and hope to get an exit swab.

Excellent pharmacy, always well stocked and with friendly and competent staff.

This morning I called to find out about the availability of masks and other medicines. The person who answered, huffing and angrily, told me they had everything. We activated the Red Cross volunteer service, which arrived at the pharmacy and told us that the pharmacy had nothing of what we requested. Very negative experience, in this difficult period.

For me it's excellent and what's more it's comfortable because it fits behind my house
