I have been to this pharmacy twice. From the first time I promised myself not to return due to the rudeness and lack of customer friendliness of the pharmacist who served me. The second time, a couple of years later, the same pharmacist confirmed her rudeness. I don't understand why people who feel annoyed when dealing with others decide to do a job in contact with the public.
I have been going to this pharmacy for 12 years. I have already found excellent pharmacists, polite and capable and I also happened to find the rude one, I think it happens in every place.
Courteous, helpful and competent pharmacists, always ready to give useful advice. Very wide offer and medicines. Highly developed veterinary department.
Rude, confusing and very expensive! Due to their mistake I paid double for a product. Their motto is "Pay 2, get 1".
Be careful of the vending machine which does not dispense the products and the staff is not able to verify therefore they do not refund the amount due. It really borders on scamming.
