Excellent service, competent staff. I read negative reviews like "they want to sell you everything and it's no use to a...." and I wonder: aren't you capable of saying "No thanks?" What if you are offered something that you don't need? When you stop for petrol do you buy 18 Arbre Magique because the petrol station attendant offers them to you? The waiting times are no different from those of other pharmacies, and I think it's a good thing if this is due to the attention given to the patient\customer. Swabs at the time of Covid were not at all traumatic, in my memory. A lot of availability, yes. In my opinion, excellent reality.

I went to do a quick swab for my 11 year old daughter. Paid quickly and then totally abandoned. You have to ask anyone you find, I mean customer people, to understand what you need to do. After the swab, no one calls you or gives you information; you just wait. After half an hour out in the cold, I go in to let my daughter warm up a little and ask if she's ready and an annoyed and panicked pharmacist makes everyone go out to freeze because we can't stay inside. After an hour and twenty-two minutes standing in the cold on December 21st, with elderly people, children, women with little ones in wheelchairs, all shivering and tired of standing in the freezing cold, I ask again the only pharmacist you can communicate with, who does the swabs and brings them inside. I tell her I've been waiting an hour for the results of the swab. Filled with pity, she goes to the computer and prints it for me in half a second. I ask you why it says 15 minutes outside and you have to wait an hour? He replies that there are too many people. Now: maybe say that we will have to wait much longer? So one decides whether to wait or go to another pharmacy or stop by at a later time? Maybe put out a warming mushroom and two plastic chairs for grandpa or the pregnant lady to sit on? If you don't have the equipment, the staff and the conditions to provide a service to too many people, you can't take money from customers, in less than 15 minutes, yes, and then make them wait for hours and provide a similar disservice. Surely the coffer will be full and insured. Congratulations to the owner manager. Much less to the pharmacist owner. However, I will inform the ATS, the Prefecture and the pharmacists' association of this treatment towards citizens, but above all towards fragile and weak people.

Everyone is friendly except for a blonde woman in her 60s with glasses, if she doesn't want to serve you she bounces you off to her colleagues making you wait a long time and she goes to serve others

Dr. Monica (very competent) has been following me for years and I must say that I have always achieved good results. His collaborators are also very kind and helpful
