Bad experience, as usual too clever, they do what they want. I take 2 packs of physiological water with prescription and E01 exemption and you don't pay for the prescription... (Perhaps because you pay more than what physiological water costs), then I take the antibiotic and you get €1.80 for the recipe, always exemption E01, weird as what not? But here's the kicker: you get €1.80 without a receipt. Of course I asked him...
Pharmacy supplied but I can't accept it in 2019 after making a reservation in the morning for a medicine, returning at 6.00pm to collect it, waiting in line (not a small one) to be told "I can't find it, so many boxes have arrived... come back at closing time". .. I wonder what changes? Someone will have to look for it, isn't the time to find it the same? With the difference that I wouldn't have wasted time and money going up and down. Today a company differs from others when it is well organized and, first and foremost, cares about the customer or at least gives the sensation of doing so. This superficiality will probably lead me to change pharmacy.
