Friendly, qualified and always available staff, the pharmacy is well stocked. Medicines, even if not in stock, can be ordered and collected in the afternoon. One flaw is that there is nowhere to park.
on 07/19/2019 (Friday) I purchased 2 pairs of graduated socks from the Lady Gloria company at the COPPOLA pharmacy in via Vittorio Emanuele n.1, Casoria (Na). During the weekend I realized that the color purchased did not correspond to the one requested and today 07/22/2019 Monday I went to the pharmacy to ask to change at least one! Completely intact packaging and receipt in hand. I was told that they couldn't change the color BECAUSE THE COMPANY DIDN'T ALLOW IT. They practically VIOLATED MY RIGHT TO EXCHANGE PROVIDED BY LAW, defamed THE LADY GLORIA COMPANY with whom I spoke and told me that IT IS THEIR DUTY TO CHANGE IT, but I gave in to the rudeness with which I was responded to by the "doctor" ANTONELLA and the little girl who works with her... so no change, but they certainly lost a customer and I will support WHAT THEY SAY AROUND THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ORIGINAL in that pseudo pharmacy! In fact otherwise... the change could have been made!!!! INDIGNANT!
