After having asked for clarification on a product purchased by my partner and having asked for a return which was not given to me. Once opened, for them the product was no longer sterile even if not used . It's a shame that they didn't have any problems selling it without asking a girl for information also because unfortunately there is a lot of misinformation. At the end of the story I didn't have the 40 euros and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. A few days later I received a call from the manager who had read a review of my partner and asked me to have it deleted. Apart from the fact that it seems absurd to me to receive calls of this kind and furthermore one will be free to write what he thinks of the service received. I am speechless and will report it to customer service. You cannot call a person to have a review deleted!!!!!! They will delete it like the other negative ones as they usually do. In fact, my partner's review was deleted. RIDICULOUS!

I trusted your new colleague, you took 44 euros from me for a product that I will never use in my life and I took it because YOU RECOMMENDED IT to me and I trusted you.... Don't give it to me because it's open but it hasn't been used in the 10 minutes since I came back to you. With 44 euros I bought something for my baby. But you decided that I had to spend it on you. It doesn't matter anyway because I believe in karma. And the lady with the lady that you have around me cheerfully will pay in another way. Never there again. Thieves

Another thing is the new card for collecting "points". Also in this case the DeMagistris card was better as the accumulated points were not lost. If I make a large expense € a month I cannot use the accumulated discounts in the same month or so. If you change a little something, I don't think it requires much effort to go back to the old points collection, I will give the 5 stars 😁
