I would see the staff again. It's not the first time I've asked for a drug and they tell me it's off the market and that I'll never find it anywhere. I go to the pharmacy next door and they order it for me without problems. Today I'm calling to do a strep swab for my son: "no, we don't do one and he will never find anyone else who will do it for him because it is prohibited at a regional level" apart from the fact that it was recommended to me by the pediatrician if it couldn't be done not he recommended it... then I called 2 other pharmacies in the surrounding areas and they did it easily. Moreover: "As is known, article 1, paragraph 2, letter e-quater of Legislative Decree 153/2009 allows the pharmacist to carry out diagnostic tests in the pharmacy which involve taking the biological sample from the nose, salivary or oropharyngeal. Among these types of tests admitted in the pharmacy, the execution of oropharyngeal swabs for the detection of streptococci is included. So maybe change or update your staff because they seem very unprepared to me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's a shame that the shift is managed this way. Getting outside the pharmacy to find a number, because no one answers the pharmacy number, then I have to wait 30 minutes (think of a person with a fever in winter) and if you succeed you have to pay €7.50 more ! It doesn't seem like a great service to me... Other than that, I've always felt good at this pharmacy

Unfortunately, despite the kindness of the pharmacists, due to an acute ear problem I had the need to order a galenic preparation which they always gave me without any prescription. It is a simple borosalicylic solution but providential for me in my state of inflammation. They asked me for a doctor's prescription this time. So I contacted the ENT doctor who sent me the photo of the prescription which I printed and took to the pharmacist. This didn't suit them either, they wanted the original! In another pharmacy they made the preparation for me without any problem. I understand being fiscal but in this way you lose sight of whether a customer is in a state of need...

I have nothing to say about the pharmacy in general, but on the two occasions in which I took the swab test to get the green pass, it arrived after two days, while in the other pharmacies where I did it I received it on the app within a few days. 2 or 3 hours. If you need drugs there is certainly no shortage of them, but if you need a green pass I wouldn't consider them reliable
