I discover that the person carrying out the swabs is the pharmacist in charge. If his goal is to discourage those who need them, he completely succeeds. Zero empathy, less kindness, a bricklayer's hand, with all due respect for the category. To make him understand how he "works".. They should swab him in the same way. Absolutely avoid.

Professionalism, in some places more than others professionalism is needed, I don't mean in the sale of products, but in the human aspect. If a visibly agitated customer asks you for the possibility of carrying out a quick swab "for a fee of course" I think it is right to do so, and not reply "and no it takes twenty minutes we don't have time". Well it was 7.12pm they close at 7.30pm, I think two more minutes isn't the end of the world

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Staff absent and, when present, grumpy and arrogant. For carrying out a normal swab we don't talk about it, a lot of time wasted because while they were recording my data they went to serve other customers constantly making me wait and this is unacceptable. Swab much more painful than usual as it was carried out with violence and little availability. They gave incomplete, superficial and presumptuous answers to my questions. A shame. I will never go back there again.
