Rude owner! They don’t treat customers as customers. Customer service has not arrived in this pharmacy yet! We needed important medicine for our two year old sun during vacation. But the pharmacy gave us the not so tasty medicine for adults. Our son refused to take this medicine. We were really desperate. At the end another pharmacy in town helped to get the right „tasty“ medicine for children!

After sun Avene 200 mL sold for €19.90. Vichy 50+ sunscreen sold for €27.87. Embarrassing prices, equal to double what can be purchased on the web and at least +50% of what is sold in other pharmacies. I understand it's a seaside town, I understand it's the only pharmacy in the area, but offering these products at such prices can only deserve an absolutely negative review.

Total disorganization on the so-called "suspended" CDs: twice my orders were delivered to other people, who, moreover, by express admission of the pharmacist, did not even have a shred of receipt. From the internet this pharmacy appears to be open at 18:00 on 6/8/23 - but this is not the case!! Yet it is possible that Castiglione della Pescaia allows it to be an indispensable service!! Today there isn't one open even the municipal one is closed! She's a disgrace.

Not recommended! Unacceptable attitude! Female pharmacist with arrogance at exponential levels... Zero professionalism and sensitivity, but a lot of aggressive wisdom. I will never enter this place again!
