Top kindness from all the staff. I needed advice on a medicine and they advised me even going against their best interests. Then I asked for a cream and the girl in charge of cosmetics arrived immediately, very knowledgeable and nice. Finally, my mother had to make a Cup reservation which was immediately taken care of by another kind and knowledgeable gentleman. !! Those who live nearby are lucky to have it as their trusted pharmacy!

More than prepared, kindness at the top, you always find everything and when it's missing it arrives in two hours. All well done, Ruggero's support for cup reservations and the (life-saving) oxygen cylinder delivery service was excellent. I'm lucky to live a few meters from the pharmacy.

well-trained, kind pharmacists, everyone, except the elderly person at the counter who is gruff and rude. Poor things, they make me feel tender....(Don't go this way, come this way....) it must be a pretty tense situation...

They're very unpleasant and sulky and they're missing a lot of stuff... and aren't they saying we'll take it from you? You have to ask and they can hardly do it... Really unpleasant.
