Good morning everyone. This morning I enter this pharmacy and ask for strong arnica ointment and a bandage with hooks. The person serving me, without a lab coat and without any identifying symbol, kindly offers me a pack of 30% arnica and, after further assurances, an 8cm wide bandage. I paid the fee, I went out and in the car I opened the package of the bandage and discovered that it was cohesive and therefore exactly the opposite of what I had requested. Annoyed I leave. Moral: always check the product they sell you because they obviously don't listen to you.

It is more than a pharmacy, it is the first healthcare contact in the place, for residents and tourists. The Owner does not just deliver the requested medicines, but is also generous with suggestions and explanations given with competence and often accompanied by a few cheerful or ironic words, useful to defuse any difficult situations. The place is not very large, but well equipped and stocked. Excellent parking possibilities.

The pharmacy is closed for holidays for about ten days and is the one and only one in the town of Lavarone. Even though there are three pharmacists, two of whom are the owners, they close everything and leave elderly people alone or sick people without this fundamental service. At least one of the owners could have alternated holidays or opened some mornings, it demonstrates the total lack of intelligence in planning and organizing holidays better and in turns, depriving the country of a fundamental and necessary service every day. Scandalous and careless.

RUDE and RUDE owner, BAD behavior and empathy. SHAMEFUL!!!! Go somewhere else you will surely find it better (worse is difficult)

During the two-year pandemic period they refused to provide the paid swab service, forcing those who live in the village to travel 50-60 km to find another pharmacy, a shameful thing that describes the total lack of collaboration in prevention and protection of health in such a critical moment of general health emergency in the midst of a pandemic. This says it all about how much they care about people's health. Those responsible should force them to provide these important health services, as well as take away their license.
