I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. The young lady with glasses and black hair screamed at me, accusing me of trying on nail polish. When I asked her to check the cameras to prove my innocence, she couldn't even show me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I won't be coming back.

Very poor service. I went to get a medicine, but they didn't have it. I asked the lady at the pharmacy to recommend a similar one, but she seemed annoyed and had an attitude of "just tell me what you want and leave." In the end, I didn't want to buy anything from her and went somewhere else. She was rude, which is not what you want when you're sick and need help, even though I was the only one in the store and I only asked her a couple of questions because I was in a hurry.

Visiting Naples for MLK day and forgot toothpaste! Was very pleased to find one of the toothpaste that I like here!!

We came in here to find out when there would be an available covid test appointment because we need one pre-embarkment for a cruise. Some other American tourists had told me that we needed to book an appointment. If you look at their pharmacy photo, the one all the way to the right was the one I spoke with. She had a disgusting attitude problem and the worst customer service ever. It can’t even be a language barrier because other people who have helped me here were delightful despite not fully comprehending the English language. This woman was Nasty. I told her I wanted to make an appointment for a test and she kept telling me they were full for the day. I kept asking when is the next available appointment! But we could already tell from her attitude that she did not want to help us. It took a while for her to tell me the next available appointment was two days later. That’s literally all I needed to know, there was no point to be so nasty. Rude. I’ve bumped into a lot of people where I leave reviews that they should get raises or promotions because they are amazing. In this case, I’d say, someone deserves a demotion.

Unpleasant welcome, the staff was not friendly with me. After hurting my ankle and going to a doctor I got recommendation to take some medicines. I'm in pain and I can't walk, I show the doctor's diagnosis and they send me out saying they needed a formal receipt. This is a medicament pharmacists can give after assessing the case, prescription should be given, but the pharmacist can sell it exceptionally. If you're in the area I recommend going to the nearby Farmacia Alfani. They saved my vacation instead of trying to ruin it.
