They won't be the best when it comes to smiles and welcome but they are provided and precise. You just need to know how to take them the right way!
I went in to buy an FFP2 mask and when they told me the price (1.10 euros) I pointed out, phone in hand, that the prices of the masks, by decree, could reach a maximum of 0.75 cents in the pharmacy. The owner didn't even want to look at what I showed him and said that he is free to set the prices he wants! This from a pharmacist doctor!...
I notice that I'm not the only one who noticed it, very rude and unprepared staff except for the youngest. Lack of humanity, empathy and courtesy, change jobs and let young people work!
The most absolute rudeness! I was attacked because I wasn't able to give the "size" of the medicated plasters I needed!! The "very nice" pharmacist told me, among other things, that they call them something else in Lavinio!! But can you treat people by attacking them? Maybe she was annoyed that I came in at 7.59pm and she couldn't close??
