I go against the grain and give five stars, because my medications were available and the young doctor who served me was professional and very kind. Her colleague (a young, brunette doctor) was also quick to give me a note with a reminder to let me know that from that moment on the pharmacy would also remain open on Sundays. Obviously, being in Via Veneto you will find parking a bit problematic, but in that area (always paid but at 50 cents an hour) it is still possible to find it in a short time.
Experience and kindness, always good advice
Honestly, in recent months they have been losing quality, but above all empathy. If a customer comes in you should be happy, smile, ask above all if they need a copy of the recipe. An unhappy customer is a lost customer.
Swab done.. After a few minutes they gave me the result!!!... It usually takes at least 15 minutes... So the question arises spontaneously:... How reliable is the result!?!?..
