While we understand the difficult and overloaded period due to the numerous swabs and vaccines, the poor organizational capacity and the often rude ways of some of the staff contribute to increasing the inefficiency of this pharmacy. Yesterday I arrived at 5pm and it was closed, on Google it says that Saturday afternoon hours are from 5pm to 8pm, in front of the pharmacy there is no sign posted for the opening times. Really bad at this.

Lack of professionalism and very bad queue management. My wife, nine months pregnant, was left in the hands of the 300 people in line who refused to let her pass. Zero attention from the pharmacy staff. To be avoided.

Worst experience in a pharmacy, incompetent staff! I asked for 0.20 eburos spray and it didn't exist for the order, then she asked the colleague who brought it to her in a pissed off manner (and now I also understand why) then she forgot to pass it to the cash register and put it in the bag, don't you know that nice surprise to go home and see that it wasn't there, also because I needed it! I also asked for some gauze to stop some blood leaking from the gums due to an operation, I went home and realized that he had given me some styptic cotton that couldn't be put in my mouth! Stay away from that pharmacy, it could be dangerous for your health!

But if you need to ask even just one question and to respect the rules and not create crowds you try to call at different times and no one ever answers, how do you get this much longed for help??!
