HUMANITY AND PROFESSIONALISM distinguish the Sacro Cuore di Paternò pharmacy! As holidaymakers, we found ourselves by chance in this pharmacy due to a small accident that occurred to our child in Etnaland. We thank all the staff for their skill and friendliness. In particular Dr. Agata and her daughter, who helped and reassured the little one and us worried parents, in a "maternal" way! May God bless such beautiful people! 🙏🏼 100 cum laude.👏🏼
I have noticed several times that there are people who have to take a swab inside the pharmacy without a mask and not only that they also queue normally together with the other customers without knowing the result yet. The employees make them pay, some even use the ATM without sterilize it for anyone who has to use it later as it may become infected.
Courteous, professional and helpful staff. Large variety of products. Keep an eye on the promotions on treatments and cosmetics! Very recommended!
