Farmacia Farmacap - Com.le Castel Porziano

Unfortunately I also went to this pharmacy (I don't know how it crossed my mind)... on November 24th at 11 am, and I found a very rude pharmacist, who did nothing but complain, absurdly rigid. on recipes, delegations... it felt like being in the bank. I had to wait a long time before being served because it was on the phone, so you can wait even when there is no queue, and then leave without having accomplished anything. I hoped it would be better than the other 2 Farmacaps, but unfortunately that's the staff! Obviously I will go elsewhere in the future. In Ostia there are about 25 pharmacies equipped with everything and with really friendly staff.

You can't get fewer stars. The staff is not at all kind or understanding. They don't provide any useful service and if you don't have a prescription they don't even give you aspirin without any common sense and a totally inappropriate rigidity. The prices are also high and the hours ridiculous. They also never have anything available. You always have to order everything and then come back... This pharmacy is useless. Terrible experience every time. You have to convince the employees that you really only need the eye drops... Today was the last time I went to this business obviously.

In this pharmacy I always find helpful doctors who dispense advice with courtesy. The wait that some complain about is the result of bureaucracy and operating systems and today of the right anti-Covid 19 rules. They ask for a prescription for drugs that cannot be sold without a medical prescription to protect the health of patients.

Rarely have I found more unhelpful staff. They are untrustworthy and among other things they didn't let me enter the pharmacy with the dog, even though there is no law against it. Incredible.

Terrible pharmacy...opening hours and days absolutely naive! Today, for example, it was closed at 12.25pm! Furthermore, several drugs and products are not available!
