Unprofessional, rude and presumptuous staff, the business is almost always full of people because they are very slow in serving and it seems most of the time that they are annoyed at working, they are not looking for perfection but a minimum and what the hell.

Never seen such rude, pedantic, unfriendly staff, the rest thrown on the counter and they barely greet you condescendingly. It's not an inability to stay in contact with the public, it's downright rudeness.
