They never have anything! You always have to order everything, even now via the app! Not even the clenil that is sold with the prescription. Also very rude person on the phone who even hung up the phone on my face!

If there was 0 I would have put 0 but there isn't... GRUMP AND UNRELIABLE pharmacist.... I'll start by saying that in the evening she had put a medicine aside for me, telling me that if I didn't come the next day by 1pm she would put it back on sale ..the next day at 12.30 I was there and instead of giving me the two boxes she gave me one saying that she had given the other to another person... but do we realize what does this lady do? as she pleases... furthermore she creates shocking files because she is often alone!!!! NEVER AGAIN..

Well-stocked pharmacy, I always go here to buy any type of product, from medicines to creams and even products recommended by the vet for my dogs. The staff is friendly, always available and very competent. Also very convenient for its location and its tranquility, it is not located in a too crowded neighborhood. The pharmacy has a small car park outside but as it is in a very wide street it is possible to park there without causing any nuisance.

I believe that the slowness of the staff is not a good reason to judge the professionalism of a pharmacist. Instead I think, based on my experience, that I fortunately contacted a very kind and scrupulous Doctor, whose name unfortunately I don't remember. I contacted the pharmacy for an urgent galenic preparation, which other pharmacies in the area did not do or needed for a couple of days. Given the impossibility of proceeding with the preparation within the times indicated because it was a veterinary recipe and unfortunately I had not specified it, I was immediately contacted to be advised that it would take a few days and they advised me who to contact to hurry up. After a few hours I managed to get the requested medicine. Thanks again
