For years I have, alas, been a regular customer, but despite this, to my enormous disappointment I must say that, with the exception of 2 pharmacist employees, I have been treated very badly by the MALE PHARMACIST (who, moreover, I have often found smoking in the back where there is a small window). to give medications at night) with whom I already had a discussion years ago, I asked the aforementioned to legitimately replace a medication as I didn't realize that it had been prescribed to me in capsules and not in soluble gold tablets. Packaging intact, not even opened, receipt, purchased on Friday 04.19.2024. His VERY ANNOYED response so as not to use another more appropriate term was (knowing full well that I work and have certain hours) "COME BACK TOMORROW MORNING AT A MORE DECENT TIME (it was 7.40pm they close at 8.00pm) I DON'T HAVE TIME TO START LOOKING FOR YOU NOW THE RECIPE, YOU SHOULD HAVE THINKED ABOUT IT WHEN YOU PURCHASED THEM!!! I think it is highly shameful, I will contact the competent authorities, I attach photos of the pharmacy, which as I am writing, and I left after 3 minutes, angry given how I was treated, is still there. P.S. Furthermore, in this pharmacy you pay significantly more for the drugs than in the others.

Of an ABERRANT arrogance I go to the pharmacy to buy a drug for which a medical prescription is NOT required and which I have already taken in the past, nevertheless the doctor (and owner) insists in an extremely rude manner that I tell her the reason why you want to buy it (which is also the reason both intimate and obvious given the type of drug). Disconcerted by this behavior, I allow myself to observe that if he hadn't wanted to sell it to me I could easily have purchased it in another pharmacy; whereupon the uneducated doctor mentioned above decides to rudely kick me out, to the dismay of both myself and the employees present. Obviously the drug was then sold to me without any problems at the pharmacy a little further on, which I recommend everyone to go to.
