Artemis Farmacy is fantastic, always accommodating & helpful to your needs. The staff always gives enough time to make each customer feel they are getting the attention they deserve. This level of customer service is not shown in any Others in Salerno.
Amazing pharmacist, patient & caring staff
Lack of clarity in services and terrible customer service. Even though I had called to ask if they did swabs (and the answer was no later than 9 pm), I arrived at the pharmacy at 8.30 pm and Dr. Taf. in a very rude manner she first told me that they had given me wrong information on the phone, and then, pointing out that I had spoken to her just before, she told me that there were only two pharmacists and that they couldn't do it (the pharmacy was empty) the doctor then left, turning her back on me, telling me that I could buy it. I still don't understand why he actually treated me so nervously. To stay in contact with the public you need professionalism, especially in the information that is given.
Pharmacy always open except at night with professional and helpful staff. It has two parking spaces in front (yellow lines) and free internal parking. However, no courtesy discounts are applied to customers, something spontaneously offered by other pharmacies.
Well-stocked pharmacy. Trained and courteous staff. Very original in the spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Absolutely recommended.
