It seems appropriate to share my experience in this pharmacy. I went to take a Covid test at the Drive-in and the nurse welcomed me with great professionalism. She was also helpful in showing me which test was best suited to my case. Having discovered the positivity and in a state of panic, I was immediately reassured by the Pharmacy staff who promptly advised me on how to deal with and manage this circumstance. I congratulate you on the organization of the Drive In and the humanity, love and dedication you show in your work.

Despite the several times it has been pointed out, respecting the queue is often a problem. Furthermore, for celiac disease, despite a separate counter, where there are often no other customers, you have to queue in the ordinary way and, perhaps, after waiting your turn, you feel treated like rude people who don't respect the queue. It's happened too many times now. Now I won't go there anymore, except in truly more than necessary cases!
