Kind, attentive and truly professional! Dr. Sormani has been helping me take care of my skin for 10 years with great effectiveness and resolution of problems related to acne and changes that the skin undergoes over time! Miracle products!
Very kind and super helpful. I did the skin test and Dr. Sormani was very specific and precise, explaining to me the correct procedure to follow to have perfect skin. I use their products and they are fantastic. Highly recommended!
BAD pharmacy! Arrogance and rudeness to the nth degree! They don't even know what professionalism is!! I had booked an HCG exam for today, i.e. 06/18/2021, for an HCG exam at 3.40pm, and the doctor told me that no one was there and that I had to come back on Monday, after this had already been an appointment made a week ago. SHAME!
Rudeness and arrogance. For the umpteenth time they were unable to satisfy normal requests which other pharmacies then resolved in an instant. They don't respect the times they say for the arrival of the medicines (the medicine was supposed to arrive at 7pm, I came by at 11am the next day and they forgot, they didn't apologize, in fact they treated me very badly). If you have an emergency, contact someone, not them.
I don't recommend it... I went in to book a visit to the CUP, the doctor, listlessly, immediately warned me that it would be a long thing... and that if a client came in she would have to stop immediately.... given that there is no 'It was nobody, I suggested we try... whereupon the doctor can't find the "right" wording... after which a client comes in and immediately interrupts. She never dreamed of losing a sale by having to wait a minute to finish a CUP service..... !!!!!! Shortly after, I entered another pharmacy that did everything for me in 5 minutes. Canevari Pharmacy...what nice ways you have! Is it your practice to work like this?
