In change, I received a damaged banknote, my fault for not checking immediately. After two minutes I came back to say it, all I had in my purse was their change, with a sneer they told me it wasn't possible. Now, I have been a customer for years, I would have expected at least a more polite reaction, while I felt mocked and almost accused of wanting to be the smart one of the day. I repeat, it was partly my fault, but what a way! I kept the banknote, never mind, but I'll never go there again!

I'll start by saying that if you want a kind, friendly and patient doctor, don't go to this pharmacy, I'd rather go somewhere further away than that arrogant doctor. 2 stars only because in an emergency I turned to him, if I had never done it but oh well we are satisfied. Change in this aspect because arrogance is an ugly beast, especially you doctors who are your job to take care of good people who need something, otherwise don't even open a pharmacy. Good life to everyone.

Super kind doctor more than positive experience in this pharmacy. Availability of a product that I usually have to order in other pharmacies. In a situation of serious difficulty the doctor solved the problem for me, otherwise I would absolutely not have known what to do.
