I accidentally took a brand of lactic ferments from my son, as soon as he arrived home I immediately noticed the mistake, when we returned to make the change (with receipt in hand) they refused saying that we had altered the package by putting scotch tape on the side under the box, when in reality it had absolutely not been opened, and indeed promptly reported exactly as sold 10 minutes before... It seems the management has changed. For me these are terrible!

I arrived today at 12.58 closing at 1.00pm The door was closed smiling in my face I had called 10 minutes before to ask if they could possibly wait a few minutes after 1pm The answer was "let's see" And I saw it.

I put 1 because you can't do less. They don't swab those who don't have an identity document. So far everything is normal I would say. It's a shame that the person concerned is a 4 year old child and I am the one acting as a parent with my documents and the attached form, completed and signed. But the circular states that they cannot swab those without documents, so dear parents: before requesting the swab you must go to the municipality and request an identity card for your children unless you want to remain in quarantine!! Ps: obviously this problem was only found in this pharmacy. Who knows why... probably because the circular that I think all participating pharmacies have received will need to be interpreted? BUT IF THERE IS THE FORM THAT YOU HAVE FILLED OUT WHERE IT IS WRITTEN TO INDICATE WHO REPLACES THE ONE WHO REQUESTS THE swab, IS IT NOT THAT THE DOCUMENTS REQUESTED SHOULD BE THOSE OF THE PARENTS???
