I call it my pharmacy!! because the doctors are helpful and friendly people! unfortunately with the change in primary care doctor the new doctor relies on another pharmacy, I won't mention names, but they really have nothing to do with trust, availability and correctness of the doctors at my D'Ambrosio pharmacy I had to inform the secretary who sends the orders to me via email because I don't change!

I purchased a product at the pharmacy vending machine, which however gave less change than expected, also issuing a receipt certifying false information. This morning I went to the pharmacy to report the malfunction of their vending machine and as a matter of principle, rather than for those few euros of missing change. To my great surprise I was treated like some sort of scammer trying to beg for two euros, they took refuge behind the fact that they would not be able to access the distributor's transactions until the end of the holidays (by which time I would have already left Naples, being here on holiday) without worrying in the slightest about the fact that in this way they were literally stealing my money. From the series: how to lose face for 2 euros. You managed to get everything wrong that could be done in the relationship with a customer, even more so a foreign one. I was ashamed for you, really terrible.

A week ago my mother bought the masks for 2 euros, now they sell the simple ones for 3.50 and the ones with the filter for 20 euros. They suck at speculating on people's health. They say that prices have increased, but they decide the final price anyway, if they carried out their work with a minimum of professional ethics and with the aim of protecting the health of citizens they would have kept prices lower. Instead they confirm what my doctor claims, that is, that pharmacists are graduates who have ended up doing the work of shop assistants, with all due respect for the latter who at least don't make money from people's illnesses.

The professionalism and kindness of all the doctors who work in this pharmacy is 5 stars. Kindness and friendliness together with the fact that the pharmacy is equipped with everything make it my favourite. Highly recommended...
