Too bad I can't give 0 stars! I place an order on 28.12, it's true we are in a holiday period, but any closures of pharmacies or warehouses must be reported... from the site however everything seems normal, after a few (working) days not receiving an email confirming the shipment, I try to have news and after unanswered emails and rounds of phone calls to have a number to contact they tell me that the warehouse remains closed until 07.01, but they'll see what they can do. I called back to get news since no one was in touch, they didn't answer the phone, but they sent me a wa saying that the order was canceled because the price was wrong and they issued a refund... after a week and at my urging?? ? Are we joking? Now I have to wait another few days to get my money back (around €100) and to be able to place a new order, obviously never from them again! Apart from the fact that legally if you get the price wrong and I have already purchased, there is no such thing as canceling the order... but before doing so they didn't even warn me and what's more serious they didn't even apologise. We are talking about supplements for which the treatment could not be suspended and I had also explained this. Incorrect and rude, and thank goodness you're a pharmacy! Shame! Don't buy from them at all
