This morning I went for a control swab after a week of testing positive. They made me wait 15 minutes under the beating sun (I was almost fainting) and inside I was treated like a plague victim, to say the least, after 30 minutes of waiting for the result. Terrible!!! If you don't want to take swabs you don't have to, but you can't treat people this way!!!!!!
In addition to not respecting opening hours, they are incredibly slow. Furthermore, the last time, due to a blocked receipt, I was told to come back later.
In this period of the pandemic, the Pharmacy is guaranteeing a precious and essential service to the entire neighborhood, characterized by characteristics of excellence, thanks to the professionalism, availability, kindness and efficiency of pharmacists and collaborators, always ready to immediately meet the needs of those addresses them.
