Friendly and above all very helpful staff. I went to the pharmacy a couple of weeks ago for a consultation and they recommended some fabulous Roche-Posay products that were really suitable for my skin type. I am fully satisfied.
Dissatisfied!!! Given that a pharmacy is not a supermarket!!! we who enter are not customers but patients. Yesterday I went to the Saturday pharmacy to purchase the medicine for back problems (CORTISONE with the two packs that I always leave at home to reorder through the GP) it was the first time I didn't have one, the doctor whose name I don't know rightly couldn't give them to me without a prescription (I personally didn't know that it wasn't possible to buy them without a prescription, it's the first time I didn't have one) but I found TOTAL closure in her to tell the truth, bordering on unPROFESSIONALISM, since yesterday I have had back pain, today I went to the pharmacy on duty at Flaminia in front of CONAD and clearly they also kindly told me that they could not give me the medicine without a prescription but at the same time they told me to go to the MEDICAL GUARD in Spoleto who could prescribe the drug in an emergency, and so I did!!! with the prescription I went to the pharmacy and purchased the product...I was awake all night with pain!!! I conclude by underlining that a selection of personnel should be made before hiring in delicate places such as the pharmacy or a good information and education course... I underline that pharmacies are not a place for VIPs, VIPs go on television programmes, kindness, knowledge, information makes a good DOCTOR. If I have the chance I will also talk about it with Dr. ANNOYING, Thank you
Excellent location, a small car park in front allows quick access. The staff is very efficient, kindness and professionalism distinguishes it. Very well stocked, it offers both beauty and make up products as well as a very well stocked bathroom and a vast assortment of specialist foods.
