Receipt of €3.25 and paid €3.30. I noticed once I got home but it's not even worth wasting time to make them understand that it's not about the 5 cents but about the lack of professionalism... they've lost the customer and they're getting bad publicity for a few centesimals.
Since the owner's death, have you no longer been able to communicate as you should in the pharmacy? Do they immediately come to untrue conclusions as happened to me this morning?
Arrogance and presumption of some pharmacists, to consider themselves equal to a doctor, so much so as to deny the sale of a supplement, claiming that the sale should only be made by presenting the medical prescription... considering it to be an addictive drug. Repeating out loud, in a haughty way "I won't give it to you because I wouldn't give it to my daughter, bring me the recipe"!!!
It is a clean, well-stocked pharmacy and the staff who work there are very knowledgeable, precise, friendly and ready to give advice and suggestions on drugs of any class and category. Definitely enthusiastic, I have been using this pharmacy for years now and have never had problems finding any type of medicine.
I did not find the courtesy and kindness found in other pharmacies. However, it remains well supplied and with competent staff.
