I can't give less than one star otherwise I would. Totally disorganized regarding swab management and very arrogant regarding customer management. A telephone to book practically nil and inactive. I can't wait for the swab package to finish (because they don't even allow you to get a refund due to the total disservice) to say goodbye to them.
