I only came in to ask for directions, Mrs. She was very kind at the counter, she accompanied me to where I needed to go 👍🏼
Good online service, good prices. The service at the counter is slow and the antigenic swab service is convenient in terms of time slot, but terrible in terms of timing: compared to other pharmacies you will not receive the result within 15/20 minutes but not even after 1 hour if you call them. Obviously they disconnect the line on the phone so as not to be disturbed.
Concentrated pharmacy but much more functional than the competition that is only large aesthetically. The staff is qualified, kind and helpful and the prices are honest. Furthermore, they are updated and carry out the antigenic swab in an external stand, all in optimal hygienic-sanitary conditions which reflect those of the internal structure.
Online prices are very different from purchasing on site. In fact, direct purchases from the pharmacy have higher prices than other pharmacies in the area. Evidently the online pharmacy acts as a decoy.
Always very available. Dr. Paolo is a very prepared person.
